These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules for accessing and using the QRBase platform, features, tokens, and related digital assets (“Services”). By interacting with QRBase in any way—whether scanning codes, holding tokens, using BoostPass NFTs, or visiting the website—you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using QRBase immediately.

1. Overview of QRBase

QRBase is an on-chain participation platform that distributes rewards through QR-code mechanics. Users can take part in daily or milestone-based sessions, compete for rewards, and interact with NFT-based access features such as BoostPass.

The platform includes:

  • SCAN token

  • BoostPass NFT

  • QR Reveal Sessions (Normal and Fast Mode)

  • Reward Distribution System

  • Web Application Interface

QRBase does not offer financial products, does not run an investment program, and does not provide financial guarantees of any kind.

2. Who Can Use QRBase

To use QRBase, you confirm the following:

  • You meet the minimum legal age required to use crypto services in your region.

  • You have full responsibility for your wallet, private keys, and any actions performed through your wallet.

  • You comply with all applicable digital asset laws in your country.

QRBase does not verify user identity and does not control access from restricted jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of QRBase is lawful.

3. Tokens, NFTs, and Digital Items

3.1 SCAN Token

Holding SCAN allows participation in certain platform activities. SCAN is not:

  • an investment contract

  • a promise of earnings

  • a representation of ownership in QRBase or any entity

Its value is entirely market-driven.

3.2 BoostPass NFT

BoostPass grants access to Fast Mode sessions and may unlock enhanced features in the future. Owning BoostPass does not guarantee:

  • financial return

  • priority rewards

  • privileged rights outside the platform

3.3 Transfers and Wallet Security

You are fully responsible for:

  • managing your wallet

  • safeguarding your keys

  • approving or rejecting blockchain transactions

QRBase never asks for private keys and cannot reverse on-chain operations.

4. Reward Distribution System

Rewards on QRBase are distributed through a system powered by third-party smart-contract infrastructure (e.g., Linkdrop or similar providers).

By participating in reward sessions, you understand:

  • Rewards are limited and issued one-by-one.

  • Availability depends on timing, technical performance, and your eligibility (e.g., token holdings).

  • Claims are processed directly on-chain and cannot be undone.

  • Network delays or wallet issues may affect your ability to claim.

QRBase is not responsible for failed transactions caused by network congestion, user error, or unsupported wallets.

5. No Guarantees or Promises

QRBase does not commit to:

  • future value of SCAN or NFTs

  • stable availability of sessions

  • uninterrupted service

  • financial or numerical outcomes

  • specific reward sizes or frequencies

Participation in QRBase is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

6. Technical and Blockchain Risks

Using QRBase involves interacting with blockchain networks, which may include risks such as:

  • market volatility

  • network delays

  • smart contract vulnerabilities

  • wallet connectivity issues

  • scams performed outside the QRBase ecosystem

QRBase is not liable for losses related to:

  • token value changes

  • compromised wallets

  • user mistakes

  • third-party integration failures

  • technological errors beyond our control

7. Intellectual Property

All QRBase content—logos, branding, design, text, mechanics, interface elements, smart contract architecture, and visual materials—belongs to QRBase or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, or reuse platform materials without explicit permission.

8. Data Handling and Privacy

QRBase does not collect private user data outside what is technically necessary for operating the platform.

This may include:

  • analytics related to website usage

  • smart contract logs

  • blockchain-based activity

QRBase does not control how third-party wallets or networks handle user information and is not responsible for their privacy practices.

9. Modifications to the Platform

QRBase may update or modify:

  • platform mechanics

  • reward systems

  • token or NFT utility

  • feature availability

  • session frequency

  • these Terms

Updates may be introduced without prior notice. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international digital asset standards and general commercial principles. Specific legal jurisdiction may be introduced depending on QRBase’s operating entity.
