QRbase detected a multi-accounting exploit where players were farming $SCAN by creating new low-level Farcaster accounts to avoid the timer difficulty that comes with leveling up.

How it works

Every Farcaster account playing QRbase is checked against the Neynar credibility score. This score reflects how established and authentic an account is based on on-chain and social signals.

Threshold: 0.5

Accounts with a Neynar credibility score below 0.5 are placed in practice mode. Practice mode allows gameplay but does not award $SCAN or contribute delivered games to Scan Mode campaign progress.

What this means for players

• Established accounts with normal activity are unaffected.

• Brand-new or low-activity accounts land in practice mode automatically.

• Building up your Farcaster presence (follows, casts, on-chain activity) over time raises your score.

• Practice mode lets new users learn the game without earning rewards until credibility is established.

Creating multiple accounts to bypass leveling is detected and blocked. All farming attempts land in practice mode with no rewards.
